There are two main ways you can support 81grants:

#1. Donate to 81grants 🙏🏽

81cents compensation reviews help candidates determine their market value, provide relevant data points, and outline concrete steps for increasing pay.

Each candidate costs $147 to support, so we're aiming to raise ~$12,000 in order to offer at least 81 grants in 2021. If you're interested in contributing financially to 81grants, you can do so by following this link.

All funds raised will go directly towards grants (81cents is not earning a profit from any candidate supported through the program).

#2. Spread the Word 🗯️

We would be grateful if you'd spread the word to candidates who might be a fit or communities whose missions align.

Here's suggested language for sharing via email, social media, or other channel:

"81cents - a pay equity platform I support - just launched 81grants, a community-funded initiative to provide complimentary salary negotiation support to Black and Brown womxn for whom 81cents otherwise might be cost-prohibitive.

Recipients of 81grants will receive 81cents market value reviews free of charge. To date, 81cents has helped 500+ candidates find more than $3.5M in additional pay!
